1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Return Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Log in to your Skyvella account and go to "My Orders".
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. Click "Cancel Order" and select a reason for cancellation.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request cancellation.

3. Cancellation by Skyvella

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Pricing or product information errors on the website.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
  • Inability to deliver to the provided address.
  • Non-compliance with terms and conditions.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

When an order is successfully cancelled:

Prepaid Orders (UPI/Card/Net Banking):Refund in 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders:No charge applied
Wallet/Store Credit:Credited instantly

The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before they are shipped. The refund will be processed only for the cancelled items. Remaining items will continue to be processed and delivered as usual.

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that are already shipped, in transit, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return Policy.
