1. Return Window

✓ 7-Day Return Window

You may return most products within 7 days of delivery. The return window starts from the date the product is delivered to you.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.

2. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Accessories, freebies, and combo items (if any) must be returned together.
  • The product must not have been altered, tailored, or customised after delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and personal hygiene products.
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and downloadable products.
  • Products that have been washed, used, or have damaged tags.
  • Jewellery and accessories with broken seals.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
  • Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will arrange a free return pickup and process a replacement or full refund.

Note: Claims for damaged or defective products reported after 48 hours may be subject to review.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@skyvella.in or call +91 7002841071 with your order ID.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. A pickup will be arranged, or you will receive instructions for self-shipping.
  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Return Shipping

For returns due to damaged, defective, or wrong products, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
