Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from the description.
  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing from the delivered package.
  • You have cancelled the order before it has been shipped.
  • The return request was approved within the return window (see our Return Policy).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or have tags removed.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products (due to health and safety reasons).
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:

Refund initiation after inspection:1–2 business days
Credit to original payment method:5–7 business days
Bank processing (may vary by bank):Up to 10 business days

Note: The total refund timeline from return pickup to credit may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank and payment method.

4. Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Bank Account Transfer: In case the original payment method is unavailable, refunds may be processed via direct bank transfer.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, you may have the option to receive store credit for future purchases.

5. Payment Gateway Processing

Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If you do not see the refund after the estimated timeline, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted if the product shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is missing parts not due to our error. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
