Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Estimates

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499 (standard delivery).
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
• Express Delivery: Available in select cities at additional charges (displayed at checkout).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes. COD charges of ₹20–₹50 may apply.

Shipping charges and availability are determined at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order status using the tracking link provided. For any tracking issues, contact our support team.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be initiated (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).

6. Undeliverable Areas

In rare cases, certain remote locations may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout, and we recommend using an alternative delivery address.
