At Skyvella (operated by Sanidul Fashion Hub), we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience. We take customer complaints seriously and aim to resolve all grievances in a fair, timely, and transparent manner in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

You may file a grievance through any of the following channels:
- Email: Send your complaint to support@skyvella.in with the subject line "Grievance – [Your Order ID / Issue]".
- Phone: Call us at +91 7002841071 during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST, Monday to Saturday).
- Written: Send a written complaint to our registered office address.
4. Information to Include
To help us resolve your grievance efficiently, please include:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Order ID (if related to a purchase).
- Detailed description of the issue or complaint.
- Supporting documents (photos, screenshots, etc.) if applicable.
- Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, etc.).
5. Response Timeline
Acknowledgement
Within 48 hours of receiving your complaint.
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint and keep you updated on the progress.
Resolution
Within 15 business days from the date of acknowledgement (or as required by law).
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint through the following channels:
- Email the Grievance Officer again with "Escalation" in the subject line.
- File a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
- Approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you are entitled to rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to be informed, the right to be heard, the right to seek redressal, and the right to consumer education.
